This is your body,
your greatest gift,
pregnant with wisdom you do not hear,
grief you thought was forgotten,
and joy you have never known.

My introduction to BodySoul Rhythms came in 2002, with the opportunity
to participate in a week-long intensive workshop which was being held on Gabriola Island in B.C.
When I began the intensive, it felt as though I had found the work that could take me into a new life.
That first impression was a true one, and I have continued the BodySoul work in many different ways
since that time.
Marion, Ann and Mary developed a Leadership Training Program so that the women who followed in their
footsteps could continue to develop and deepen the work, and take it out into the world. I was
a participant in the third training group, from 2005 - 2007, and am now a leader in the work.
My first opportunity to teach came in 2007, when I was invited to join the team in Ireland.
And now, many years later, I have been fortunate to have taught many intensives, on the teaching
teams in Mexico, Switzerland and Ireland.
I continue to integrate the BodySoul work into my work, inviting clients to
breathe and to live into the wisdom, grief and joy of their own precious body, and to shout and
sing and holler the fullness of their own precious voice.
Except for the point, the stillpoint there would be no dance, and there is only the dance. T.S. Eliot
This is where the work begins.
